Hello. My name is Jeanette Thompson. I was born and raised in the fabulous city of Las Vegas. I was raised by my beautiful mother. 
 
She raised me to be independent and strong. She was insistent that I become a self-reliant woman. 
 
I put myself through college working as a nail technician/artist. I made her very proud when I earned a bachelor degree in elementary education.
 
I married a handsome airman and had three children together.  I always dreamed of being a mother and what an incredible experience it was. They are all grown now and living their own lives.
 
Becoming an empty nester was challenging. My heart broke when one of my adult children decided to settle on the East coast and start his family there. I had 25 other children to focus on, but all I wanted was to hold my grandchild. 

 

Yo help change my negative self-talk, I searched YouTube for and came across the phenomenal Marisa Peer. She taught me how to tap into my brilliant subconscious mind to create the life I desired. 

 

Now, I help women and children release the past and its negative effects on them so they can move forward and live their lives free and happy!

  • Anxiety
    It is completely normal to have some anxiety in our lives. Anxiety helps us in times of possible danger or stress. Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations such as public speaking or taking a test. For example, you might feel some anxiety when faced with a difficult situation at work. Anxiety disorders are feelings and thoughts that become excessive, all-consuming, and interfere with daily living. Recently, I came to the conclusion that anxiety is similar to an addiction. Clients worry and then feel relief when things turn out fine. I think this relief can be just as addictive as winning money is to a gambler. I help people find the root cause of their worries, fears, and phobias.
  • Control
    I believe the only thing we can control in our lives is our thoughts. It is all up to you to decide how you want to live. Everything you need rests within your own mind. Embrace this responsibility and invest in yourself.
  • Stress Management
    Stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tension in the body. It is a natural and necessary part of our lives and can be positive, driving motivation. However, too much stress can become internalized and chronic. Unmanaged stress can make us less productive, less focused, block creativity and increase physical and mental wellbeing issues.   • Trauma
    Trauma can be caused by so many things. If someone has unresolved trauma this can re-traumatize them. They start wondering what’s wrong with them specifically. Why they can’t just can’t do simple things and they spiral from there. Victims of trauma can be “non action-takers”Mistakes like this happen every day, so we made a training to help our industry level up. I have the tools needed to work with trauma…..
  • Confidence
    Confidence affords us to try new things, embark on adventures, and take risks. Dump limiting beliefs. I help people regain their confidence by rewiring their mind to use to their advantage. It’s time to realize your goals by strengthening your self-confidence. My RTT education with Marisa Peer, UK and my studies with Mindfulness in Schools, I’ve learned mindset hacks and how we can utilize those amazing insights quickly and sustainably to eliminate fears, doubts and self-sabotage while gaining iron confidence and self-esteem.

Jeanette spent so much of her valuable time with me.  She taught me how to help myself, find myself, and grow as a person. Most of my life I have held onto outdated, inaccurate, convoluted thoughts, ideas, and even some beliefs. With her help, I came to better understand who I want to be, how I want to see the world, and how I want to represent myself to those I come in contact with professionally and personally. I am a more positive person and am more willing to live life fully. I am not afraid to try new things and am more willing to reconnect with my talents and abilities to teach and learn.
