What Is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was created by world-renowned therapist, Marisa Peer.

She combined the most positive elements of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Psychotherapy with her own unique tools. 

RTT truly empowers clients.  It incorporates techniques that enable the body to release emotional trauma and to physically heal.

I’m not against psychotherapy, but I got so tired of going week after week. I felt less stigmatized for having depression, but I just didn’t feel any better.

Using RTT hypnotherapy, I was able to manage my negative self-talk and create a more positive and healthy mindset. It still amazes me how quickly RTT helped me change my life

and I am determined to help my clients transform their lives too.

  • Anxiety
    It is completely normal to have some anxiety in our lives. Anxiety helps us in times of possible danger or stress. Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations such as public speaking or taking a test. For example, you might feel some anxiety when faced with a difficult situation at work. Anxiety disorders are feelings and thoughts that become excessive, all-consuming, and interfere with daily living. Recently, I came to the conclusion that anxiety is similar to an addiction. Clients worry and then feel relief when things turn out fine. I think this relief can be just as addictive as winning money is to a gambler. I help people find the root cause of their worries, fears, and phobias.

    I believe the only thing we can control in our lives is our thoughts. It is all up to you to decide how you want to live. Everything you need rests within your own mind. Embrace this responsibility and invest in yourself.

    Stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tension in the body. It is a natural and necessary part of our lives and can be positive, driving motivation.   • Trauma
    Trauma can be caused by so many things. If someone has unresolved trauma this can re-traumatize them. They start wondering what’s wrong with them specifically. My RTT education with Marisa Peer, UK and my studies with Mindfulness in Schools, I’ve learned mindset hacks and how we can utilize those amazing insights quickly and sustainably to eliminate fears, doubts and self-sabotage while gaining iron confidence and self-esteem.

Jeanette spent so much of her valuable time with me.  She taught me how to help myself, find myself, and grow as a person. Most of my life I have held onto outdated, inaccurate, convoluted thoughts, ideas, and even some beliefs. With her help, I came to better understand who I want to be, how I want to see the world, and how I want to represent myself to those I come in contact with professionally and personally. I am a more positive person and am more willing to live life fully. I am not afraid to try new things and am more willing to reconnect with my talents and abilities to teach and learn.
