I am a Certified Practitioner of Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️) and Certified Hypnotherapist. RTT®️ was invented by the brilliant UK therapist Marisa Peer combining the best of therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming. In just a session, we will go straight to the cause of the issue, understand what really happened, let go of the negative emotion and empower you to move forward.
I taught elementary school for over 20 years. Then, last Fall, I became a grandmother. I soon became very depressed. Knowing I’d only be able to see my grandchildren once a year due to living on opposite sides of the country got to me. I was unhappy at home and stressed out at work. The medication I had already been taking for depression and anxiety seemed to quit working. I started to think I was about to go crazy. I realized I had to find help. I first searched for help with negative self-talk That’s when I found Marisa Peer.
After only a week of watching her self-help videos I knew I had to enroll in her school of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It was the perfect combination of therapy, working with the subconscious mind, and resolving issues that years of therapy couldn’t resolve for me.
Within just days, I became happier and more positive. I then worked anxiety. The possibilities were endless. I fell in love with RTT and decided I had to learn how to help others find the transformation and relief that I found.
What makes RTT so amazing is it combines the best of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It is fast, effective, and life changing!
Hypnotherapy is the quickest way to access your subconscious mind, where all of your emotions and habits arise from. Psychotherapy is about exploring the root cause of an issue (not for 20 years though, thank you very much). CBT is about how our thoughts affect our actions, and NLP is about how the brain responds to the words and images we make in our heads.
By combining all four in just a single session we can get to the root cause of the issue, reframe the negative beliefs, let go of the negative emotion and empower you with new positive beliefs. More complex issues require several sessions, in order to process all emotions that need to be processed, and reframe all beliefs that need to be reframed.
As a licensed therapist, I’m able to use these techniques to help you let go of negative emotions. Just as exciting, I can help children and teens break bad habits, fears, or limiting beliefs to help you create the life you deserve.
